I would drink the tea. Green tea is proven to boost your metabolism.
People with a high metabolism have a hard time gaining weight even if they dont excersize.
But in your case your metabolism is probably slow and so the green tea helps but you need

As far as the miracle slim plum, I have never heard of it. It sounds like another miracle cleanse since you’ve been using the rest room allot. Remember you need to add some cardio & strength training as well. Do this at least 3-4 times a week & alternate. -
