Well im a bіg believer іn feng shui аnd yoga аnd аll thаt, bυt mοѕt people recommend lіkе green tea οr jasmine tea fοr relaxation, аnd i cant stand tea, іt mаkеѕ mе sick.. ѕο dοеѕ anyone know аnу gοοd drinks/juices thаt hеlр саlm nerves аnd keep уου relaxed? I’m nοt much οf аn alcohol drinker еіthеr.

I hear you! But have you given tea a fair trial? I’m a tea drinker, and my favorite is chai tea. It’s made with milk (and no water) instead of just water like green or jasmine teas. Chai is a totally different taste and texture to ordinary tea, and can be spiced up too, making a pretty unique drink. I love it anyway

Warm Vanilla Milk
Recipe
1 glass or mug of milk(whatever fat content you prefer I think it tastes better with 2%)
2 Tbs of vanilla(more or less depending how you like it)
3 Tsp of sugar(depending how sweet you’ll like it)
Whip cream(optional but makes it taste better)Start by heating the milk for 2 minutes on medium in your microwave. Make sure the container is microwave safe. Than once its done if its not hot enough to your liking than put it back in for a minute or two. After that Add the vanilla. Stir well. Put it back in for 1 minute. Than add the sugar. If you’d like a sweeter taste add more than what the recipe asks for. Let cool for thirty seconds and than add whipped cream for topping!
