I’ve had both at Chinese restaurants. You can probably get it at a grocery store… my regular grocery stores don’t carry it but one that is more natural/organic does and that is where I buy it. If not, then try an Asian food store.

Yes, you can also order it by googling Mighty Leaf Tea, which carries a nice oolong. Usually, restaurants serve straight oolong.

Normally the restaurants do not serve Jasmine oolong, they serve Jasmine green tea. Jasmine is a scent not a tea.
Every Chinese dim sum restaurant will have a variety of teas to choose from. Green, white, oolong, black etc.
Maybe if you can describe the taste, color, and smell others might be able to help you out.
If you are asking specifically about oolong then try the tie guan yin (iron goddess of mercy).
Btw, try not to buy teas from an Asian supermarket. That option is way better than an American market for sure but try to look for a specialty tea store. There are many on the internet.
