Lala says: I drink green tea and rooibos tea throughout the day (though not at the same time!). I normally have the rooibos tea with soya milk. The green tea I use any chinese brand, and I normally have tick-tock rooibos tea. Both are loose leaf. If I want a special treat I’ll buy bags of either rooibos earl grey, rooibos chai or rooibos and vanilla.

I tend to like the minty and fruit flavors – blueberry, lemon, raspberry. Chamomile is also good when I want something mild.

Sometimes i have Dilmah’s cinammon flavoured black tea, which tastes really good too
