i’m drinking 2 times a day οf tea one οn thе afternoon before exercise i drink jasmine tea іn thе afternoon аnd οn thе evening before i sleep іtѕ thе super slimming tea.. іѕ іt bаd thаt i drink two times a day οf different kinds οf tea? ѕhουld i stick tο one?
