Any green tea is good for you. Personally, I love Arizona Green Tea. The diet one is good too, but yes, green tea is healthy for you. It has Ginseng in it, which is a natural ingredient that’s supposed to give you energy. It’s also an antioxidant I believe, which is good for your immune system.

I started drinking green tea while doing chemo, and it helped dealing with nausea. I am still taking it in then form of powder for detoxification. A far as I’m concerned anything antioxidant and helping body to burn fat is good provided you follow the doctor’s advice.
